New -- and a bit different
This is what I wrote when I started my company in 2006. My services to customers and clients has steadily improved since then.

Starting from scratch is both fun and challenging. You give it your best shot and hope to win the confidence of the public.
What I'm trying to do is offer the people of the Sumter County and Schley County area the help they want if they are buying or selling real estate. Not everyone needs a Realtor. I'm here for anyone who does -- or wants to find out.
For sellers, I'm offering some choices in matching fees to services. You still get what you pay for, but you may be able to get it for a fee that is a little more in your favor.
Consider: What do I need to operate a real estate marketing business? A computer, a telephone, a fax machine and a copier. Oh, yes, a car. I have all of the above. What I don't have is high overhead.
With my computer I can put your property on the internet where it can be seen by anyone else with a computer. The latest figure I've seen states that over 75 percent of people looking to buy real estate begin their search on the internet.
In addition, newspaper ads and For Sale signs expose your property to potential buyers.
Your listed property will be seen on the Americus Multiple Listing Service and Realtor.com, the foremost site for property listings anywhere.
As for buyers, I want to work with pre-approved and motivated buyers. There will be exceptions, but for the most part when I take a buyer into a property I'd like to have evidence in hand that the buyer has the ability to buy something.
